Policy Suite & Incorporation

By accessing or using the RateOmatic app, or by reading/accepting any one of our policies, you agree that the entire policy suite (Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Payments & Refunds Policy, and Shipping & Cancellation Policy) is incorporated by reference and applies to you in full. Reading or accepting any one policy is deemed reading and acceptance of all four. In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of updates.

1. Who We Are

“RateOmatic”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Arihant Solutions, operating the RateOmatic app for B2B FMCG supply across India.

2. What Data We Collect

  • Account & KYC: Business name, GSTIN (default), PAN, address, unique phone, contact; Aadhaar may be accepted under thresholds.
  • Orders & Finance: Orders, invoices, returns/claims, credits/debits. Card details handled by payment gateways; we do not store full card PAN/CVV.
  • Logistics: Consignee details, pickup/delivery addresses, AWB/LR, tracking events, delivery status.
  • Device & App: IP, device/OS, app version, diagnostic/crash logs.
  • Optional Permissions: Camera/photos (barcode & invoice upload), location (address autofill), storage (export/import).

3. KYC Options & Thresholds

  • GSTIN mandatory by default.
  • For micro buyers with annual purchases below ₹10,00,000 from RateOmatic and per-order value below ₹1,99,000, Aadhaar may be accepted.
  • If thresholds are crossed/expected to be crossed, GSTIN must be provided; we may pause dispatches until verified.
  • Unique phone number: one mobile number per account; duplicates may be suspended/merged.

4. How We Use Your Data (Purposes)

  • Operate and improve the app; maintain accounts; fulfill orders; arrange shipping; provide support.
  • Process payments; prevent fraud; ensure security and compliance (GST/audit).
  • Send service communications (order/dispatch updates) and limited B2B marketing (opt-out).

5. Legal Grounds & Your Rights (India – DPDP)

We rely on consent and permitted uses (contract, compliance, fraud prevention). You may request access/correction/erasure and withdraw consent prospectively, subject to legal retention. Contact the Grievance Officer for redressal.

6. Sharing & Transfers

  • Payments: banks/UPI/gateways (we don’t store full card data).
  • Logistics: partners for pickup, transit, delivery, and claims.
  • Cloud/SDKs: hosting, notifications, analytics, crash reporting.
  • Compliance: auditors/advisors/authorities as required by law.

7. Security & Retention

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, least-privilege access, logging). We retain data only as needed for services and statutory obligations.

8. Children

B2B only; not intended for individuals under 18. We delete minor data if discovered.

We may update this Policy; notice will be provided in-app or via email/SMS.
