Reading or accepting any one policy is deemed reading and acceptance of all four. In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of updates.

4. Delivery, Risk & Insurance

  • Delivery via independent logistics partners; transit timelines are estimates; time not of the essence.

  • Claims lie against the insurer or logistics partner; typical liability cap: INR 5,000 per LR.

These amounts are not collected by RateOmatic, will not appear on RateOmatic invoices/receipts, and are not treated as ‘payment received’. If an order is cancelled/refunded, RateOmatic’s refund is limited to the principal amount actually received by RateOmatic; any reversal of third-party charges must be sought from the bank/payment partner.
